This pie chart shows the breakdown of total incentive payments disbursed to Eligible Professionals (EPs) by provider type, through the NY Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Program, a CMS Promoting Interoperability Program. Authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, this program provides multi-year financial incentives to EPs who adopt, implement, or upgrade, and subsequently demonstrate meaningful use, of Certified Electronic Health Record Technology (CEHRT).
