The map shows the addresses of all NYS schools, excluding NYC public schools. The address listed for the schools may be the physical location of the school, a school district address, or an administrative address. Each school is color coded according to the percentage of enrolled students in the current school year that were fully immunized. A flyout with specific information about a school will appear when you hover over a point on the map. More than one school may appear as a single point on the map if the school’s have the same geocoded location. In those cases, a next button will appear within the flyout. To view the immunization data for each school, click next in the flyout. The School Immunization Survey collects aggregate data from schools in New York State regarding the immunization status of all the students attending school. All schools, excluding New York City public schools, have reported the immunization status of all students in grades kindergarten through 12. When a school submits the survey data, it is a snap shot of the immunization status of the students at the time the survey is completed.
New York City public schools report the immunization status of all students via the Automate the Schools system (ATS). The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene provides the aggregate data by district to the New York State Department of Health. For more information, check out: http://www.health.ny.gov/prevention/immunization. The "About" tab contains additional details concerning this dataset.

This dataset reports daily on the number of people vaccinated by New York providers with at least one dose and with a complete COVID-19 vaccination series overall since December 14, 2020. New York providers include hospitals, mass vaccination sites operated by the State or local governments, pharmacies, and other providers registered with the State to serve as points of distribution.
This dataset is created by the New York State Department of Health from data reported to the New York State Immunization Information System (NYSIIS) and the New York City Citywide Immunization Registry (NYC CIR). County-level vaccination data is based on data reported to NYSIIS and NYC CIR by the providers administering vaccines. Residency is self-reported by the individual being vaccinated. This data does not include vaccine administered through Federal entities or performed outside of New York State to New York residents. NYSIIS and CIR data is used for county-level statistics. New York State Department of Health requires all New York State vaccination providers to report all COVID-19 vaccination administration data to NYSIIS and NYC CIR within 24 hours of administration.

Note: As of November 10, 2023, this dataset will be updated weekly on Friday afternoons.
This dataset reports daily on the number of people vaccinated by New York providers who have received a dose of the updated COVID-19 vaccine authorized on September 12, 2023. New York providers include hospitals, pharmacies, and other providers registered with the State to serve as points of distribution.
This dataset is created by the New York State Department of Health from data reported to the New York State Immunization Information System (NYSIIS). County-level vaccination data is based on data reported to NYSIIS by the providers administering vaccines. Residency is self-reported by the individual being vaccinated. This dataset includes limited data on vaccines administered through Federal entities (Veterans Health Administration) or performed outside of New York State to New York residents and will not be reflective of every dose administered to New York State residents in those settings. It does not include residents of New York City. NYSIIS data is used for county-level statistics.
These data represent a lower-bound estimate on updated COVID-19 vaccination totals. With the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency, COVID-19 vaccination records are no longer required to be submitted to NYSIIS for adults 19+. Reporting remains mandatory for children 18 and under.
